Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were beautiful, but a bit cramped for two people with limited suitcase space. On the bright side, they were spacious, clean, and featured a lovely balcony that offered a quiet and private atmosphere. In terms of service, I found it to be a bonus for a city center hotel, with a particularly awesome and helpful staff. The location was excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby and easy access to public transportation. The dining experience was great, with a variety of delicious food served until late morning. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is located conveniently close to the UBahn and walking distance to the inner city, offering comfortable and spacious rooms with a minimalistic style. The service was exceptionally helpful and polite, always going the extra mile. Dining was excellent with a great selection and extended hours. The value for money makes it a top choice if visiting Vienna.
The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet part of the city, just a 5-minute walk from the Rathaus underground station. The rooms were just the perfect size, offering tea and coffee facilities with a charming touch of wood and iron railings. The dining experience was exceptional, with an amazing selection of food served in a modernized room below Reception. However, the hotel can get crowded if many people arrive at the same time.
When I arrived, the room was too warm and dry, but the balcony was the best feature with its stunning original wooden structure and iron railings, overlooking the peaceful inner garden. Despite being stuffy, even with the window open, the view from the balcony was lovely.
I loved the charming balcony view of the courtyard and the high ceilings in the room, but the old smoking smell made it a bit uncomfortable. The beds were cozy though. The service was excellent, especially with their attentiveness at reception. The location was near the city center and the quiet setting was perfect. Dining featured a rich spread of local specialties, but breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, a mixed but memorable stay.
